Can you recommend any recent books of poetry with an explicit Marxist, anti-capitalist, or anti-imperialist bent I might not have heard of? Writers in translation especially.

Do you know what the music used is? both tracks sound a bit like coil (though coil did so much over their 20 odd years that anything in that vein ends up reminding me of their work....)

Brilliant. I love M's art and Maximum Gaga is up top on my list of favorites. Very cool.

Its very cool, no matter who it is. My complements to them.
Also, the Title Maximum Gaga reminds me of the Lovecraftian Deity Azathoth who appears as a babbling idiot at the center of the universe.
I think Lovecraft is an interesting intertext.
