The Autre

Here's a pretty fantastic essay by Nada Gordon and Gary Sullivan in favor of "the exotic" that so much of contemporary poetry seems anxious about, intent on not being seduced by. I'll have more to say about this later when I've watched all the clips, but in many ways this seems to be one of the best uses of the blog format for an essay.
