How do I make the column on the right with the names of blogs I read?

On your dashboard, click on the blue cogwheel. Various tabs should appear. Click on "Template." A text full of code should appear. Find the part where it says "Links." Change the relevant codes following the template provided. So, if you wanted to link to, say, Ron Silliman's blog, you would type < li > (without the spaces, of course) < a href="http://ronsilliman.blogspot.com" >Ron Silliman< / a >< / li >. And voilà!
